Microbial Control

germ

What does “ Microbial Control” mean and how can this be accomplished? Microbial Control means to control microbial growth.

This microbial growth can be controlled in two ways:

  1. Mold22blueBy killing the Micro Organisms
  2. By inhibiting the Growth of Microorganisms

To kill or control the growth of Microorganisms usually involves the use of:

  1. A Physical process agent
  2. A Chemical process agent

The methodology used in the Bactronizing Process is the safest and most effective, environmentally friendly Process for two reasons:

  1. The first step of the Bactronizing Process physically kills the Microorganisms
  2. The second step of the Bactronizing Process applies a micro-biostatic coating to inhibit the growth of mold and bacteria.

Mold22Note: This is what sets Bactronix apart from all competitors that call themselves Microbial Control Companies.
The principal of Microbial Control is the Prevention/Control of Growth to Prevent Infection. Mold, mildew, algae, bacteria, virus, fungi, odor, and volatile organic compounds (VOC’s )

The Bactronizing Mold and Mildew Treatment Process

October 27, 2014 by btrilli

UntitledMost residential home owners underestimate the health risks associated with mold exposure. Mold can also cause extensive property damage.

It is important for a home owner or tenant to understand the basic facts of mold and mold spores.

FACTS ABOUT MOLD

  1. Mold33Mold develops mold spores that are microscopic and are transported through the air. These spores can float throughout the entire house when windows and doors open and close. They can be propelled by the slightest movement of air….even when a person or pet walks from room to room.
  2. Mold spores can easily be taken into the HVAC ( Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning) system and move from the basement level throughout the entire home. The spores contaminate the walls, ceilings, floors, carpets, rugs, draperies, bed linen, furniture, as well as, the circulating air.
  3. Mold develops a musty odor which may lead you to the place where the moisture problem exists.
  4. Control the humidity inside of your home. Humidity in excess of 45% may cause mold development.
  5. Mold spores thrive on moisture. These spores develop into colonies when enough moisture is present.

IT DOES NOT MAKE ECONOMICAL SENSE TO START THE MOLD TREATMENT PROCESS
UNLESS THE MOISTURE OR WATER CAUSING PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED.

Mold and Mildew Treatment Company

Have the Bionomic Specialist from Bactronx test and evaluate your home for mold, bad odor or bacteria.
They are highly trained, certified professionals that use high tech equipment to test and provide you with a written assessment report. Note: You must be the home owner unless the tenant agrees to pay for the service.

How is the Bactronix process different from other mold treatment companies?
Most mold treatment or remediation companies treat the mold areas that are identifiable by the naked eye. Bactronix uses test data to determine the need for treatment.

Bactronix starts with testing, measuring and recording.
The results of the tests are summarized in a BAR (Bionomic Assessment Report). This report will show the levels of contamination in each room of the house.

THE TWO STEP BACTRONIZING PROCESS FOR ELIMINATING MOLD AND MILDEW

  1. The first step of the Bactronizing Process is the BactroKill Process. This non-toxic, nanotechnology process disinfects and kills mold, mold spores, bad odors and bacteria. All surfaces in each contaminated room are treated, including carpets, rugs, draperies, furniture and the HVAC furnace/filter.
  2. The second step of the Bactronizing Process is the BactroBlock Process. This non-toxic, nanotechnology process provides residual protection for up to 365 days.

Bathroom-Moldf

Upon completion of the Bactronizing Process, we test again, to prove that all contamination levels have been reduced to safe levels. We provide the home owner with the Bactronix Seal of Certification. The homeowners have immediate access to their safe home upon completion of the highly effective, non-toxic Bactronizing Process. Note: The Bactronizing Process is harmless to humans, pets and the environment.

Viruses and Bacteria In Your Home or Office

October 25, 2014 by btrilli

Where do you find viruses and bacteria?
Viruses are found on or in just about every material and environment on earth, from soil to water, to air. They are basically found anywhere there are cells to infect. Viruses have evolved to infect every form of life, from animal to plant and from fungi to bacteria.

Ebola Virus ProtectionWhat are viruses?
Viruses consist of genetic materials (DNA or RNA), surrounded by a protective coat of protein. They are capable of latching onto cells and getting inside them.

The cells of the mucous membranes, such as those lining the respiratory passages that we breathe through, are particularly open to virus attacks because they are not covered by protective skin.

Bacteria-Cell-AnatomyWhat is bacteria?
Bacteria are organisms made up of just one cell. They are capable of multiplying by themselves, as they have the power to divide. Most of the bacteria are harmless and useful but some bacteria can cause diseases, either they end up in the wrong place in the body or simply because they are “designed” to invade us.

How are infections with viruses and bacteria spread?

Spread-INfections deseaseViral and bacterial infections are both spread in basically the same ways:

  • A person with a cold can spread the infection by coughing and/or sneezing.
  • Bacteria and viruses can be passed on by touching or shaking hands with another person.
  • Touching food with dirty hands will also allow viruses or bacteria from the intestine to spread.
  • Body fluids, such as blood, saliva and semen can contain the infecting organisms and transmission of such fluids.

Do you have bacteria and viruses (germs) in your home?
Even the tidiest house hosts multitudes of unwanted guests. You cannot see these “invisible enemies” but you or your next visitor’s sneeze, sniffle or stomach flu might come at the courtesy of the bacteria and viruses, growing by the billions on surfaces you or your guests touched. Bacterial and viral infections can cause mild, moderate and deadly diseases.

What can Bactronix do to create a safer environment in your home or vehicle, to protect you and your family?
Bactronix is a microbial control company that uses nanotechnology to reduce and control bacteria, mold, fungi, viruses and VOC’s. Our products are non- toxic and environmentally safe. The exclusive Bactronizing treatment process involves a two-step specialized application.

Household-Bacteria-Viruses-Bactronix copyWhat are the main benefits of the Bactronizing process:

  1. The process is non- toxic, safe to people, plants, animals and the environment.
  2. It is a nanotechnology process that applies a physical kill, so that bacteria and viruses cannot develop immunity.
  3. The disinfecting agent is hospital grade, registered with the EPA.
  4. The process leaves a non-toxic , permanent coating that works that provides residual protection.
  5. It does not affect the DNA of microbes or present a concern for long term exposure.
  6. Microbes cannot attach to treated surfaces, meaning they cannot colonize.
  7. The process is highly effective on hard and soft surfaces making the Bactronizing Process effective on carpets, rugs, draperies, bed spreads, furniture, etc.
  8. The process provides quick microbial kill while leaving a long lasting antimicrobial coating (residual value).

BACTRONIZING IS AN  ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY, NON-TOXIC,ANTIMICROBIAL TREATMENT, THAT PROVIDES PIECE OF MIND AGAINST THE CONCERNS OF MOLD, BACTERIA, FUNGI AND VIRUSES.
